Order Processing:

Orders will take 5-7 business days from the day after you place your order to process before shipping out. unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items) Our business days are Monday - Friday.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any order change request. Cancellation requests will receive store credit only if the order has not been fully processed.

Returns/Exchang​e:

Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow return on items.

Shipping & Handling:

Women of Love Ministries (WLM) processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. 

​

If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days, we recommend Express Shipping. Shipping and Handling fees vary for Express orders, please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount.

 You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. WLM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
